  Charles and Cheryle - May 2012 In November, 2011, we commissioned a full kitchen replacement from Heswall Kitchens including all plasterwork, kitchen suite, floor coverings, plumbing and electrical services and the like. Having regard for the size and potential cost of the job, we had made enquiries to several local kitchen companies to determine the range and cost of the kitchen suites that were available. Whilst price was a significant factor in our decision making, we were also keen to ensure that the kitchen that we ordered was suited to our home and requirements - a tailor made solution. After a lot of searching, we arrived at Heswall Kitchens and were immediately impressed by the products that were on display in the showroom. After an initial discussion with Bill and his team, we invited them to the house to assess the available space and to suggest a design that would provide solutions for those awkward spaces that the other companies had failed to resolve (which he did). After completing the design and specification, we agreed an overall price with Bill, who provided advice and discounts throughout the reckoning to ensure that our budget was not exceeded. The work started (on time) and continued to competion in accordance with the time table that we had agreed. Each of the tradesmen that came to the house was professional, polite and tidy and produced the kitchen that Bill had promised - we were especially impressed by Ray, the joiner, whose skills have created an exceptionally tight set of units and fittings that have produced a high quality finish to the kitchen. At the end of the job, we paid the price that we had agreed - there were no hidden extras or cost increases. The kitchen that we have obtained from Heswall Kitchens was not the cheapest that we could have commissioned; however, we are completely satisfied that the quality of the materials that were used and the skills that were delivered have combined to produce a five star result that will last us for many years to come. From our experience, we recommend Heswall Kitchens, unreservedly.
